Enabling Spaces CIC is an Occupational Therapy–led hoarding and home therapy service that supports people to feel safer, healthier, and more in control of their living spaces.
For over a decade, we’ve walked alongside adults and families facing hoarding, self-neglect, and overwhelming home environments — always with compassion, dignity, and clinical expertise.

Our work goes far beyond decluttering.
We focus on emotional well-being, daily living skills, routines, safety, and long-term change, using specialist therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s story, pace, and needs.

We are funded through a mix of local authority commissioning and private referrals. If you’re unsure how to access our service, we’re happy to talk you through the options and help you find the right pathway.
